Using the service

EnglishLevel provides a paid English-level assessment intended for educational and informational purposes. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for your own personal, non-fraudulent use.

Digital product and delivery

Purchases unlock a one-time digital report. Access is delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

Payments and checkout

Payments are processed securely by Paddle. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. Taxes may be calculated and shown during checkout where required.

Refunds

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately after payment, purchases are generally final once access has been granted. If you were charged more than once or did not receive access after payment, contact fluxiallc@gmail.com within 7 days and we will review the case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EnglishLevel is not liable for decisions you make based on the assessment. You remain responsible for choosing your learning plan and any official exams independently.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
