English Skills Check provides a paid English-level assessment intended for educational and informational purposes only. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only for your own personal, non-fraudulent use.

No certification or exam relationship

English Skills Check is not an official testing center, certification body, or language school. Buying a report does not create an exam, certification, or educational-institution relationship.

Digital product and delivery

English Skills Check sells a one-time digital unlock that gives access to your personalized report immediately after successful payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

Payments and checkout

Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Pricing may change over time, but the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your purchase. Taxes may be calculated and shown during checkout where required.

Refund policy

Because this is a digital product delivered immediately after payment, all sales are generally final. If you were charged more than once, did not receive access after payment, or experienced a technical problem that prevented delivery, contact fluxiallc@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review the case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, English Skills Check is not liable for decisions you make based on the assessment. You remain responsible for evaluating your learning plan, exam choices, and language-study decisions independently.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
