EnglishLevel is an English-level assessment. We collect limited information needed to run the test, process payments, and unlock the report you purchase.

What we collect

We may collect the context option you choose, your assessment answers, session data used to keep your progress active, basic device or browser data, and payment confirmation data returned by Paddle.

How we use your information

We use this information to generate your report, operate checkout, improve the product experience, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store full card numbers or raw payment credentials on our servers. Paddle's own privacy and security terms also apply when you use checkout.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
