Refund Policy

Digital product

English Skills Check sells a one-time digital report unlock. Access is delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation, so there are no physical shipments and no waiting period for fulfillment.

General refund rule

Because the product is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. This policy helps prevent abuse of digital goods that can be consumed immediately after checkout.

When refunds may be considered

We may review refund requests for duplicate charges, failed delivery after successful payment, or material technical issues that prevented access to the purchased report.

Request window

If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact fluxiallc@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and include the email used at checkout, the transaction date, and a short description of the issue.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds are generally not provided for completed digital deliveries, dissatisfaction with personal results, accidental purchases after successful access, or requests made without enough transaction details to verify the case.

Processor handling

Payments are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds may be issued through the original payment method, subject to Paddle's processing timelines and any legal or payment-network requirements that apply.
