Refund Policy

Digital product

EnglishLevel sells a one-time digital report unlock. Access is delivered immediately after successful payment confirmation. There are no physical shipments.

Right to refund

Customers are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Refund conditions

Because the product is delivered instantly, refund requests may be reviewed to prevent abuse. However, valid requests submitted within the 14-day period will be honored.

Refunds may be granted in cases such as:

• Duplicate charges
• Failure to access the purchased report after payment
• Significant technical issues affecting delivery

• The email used at checkout
• The transaction date
• A brief description of the issue

Processor handling

Payments are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method, subject to Paddle's processing timelines and any applicable legal or payment network requirements.
